A Better Strategy

Fractional CMO, Executive Assistant, SMB Jack of All Trades, Start-Up Generalist
My answer to the question, "Can you multitask?"

The Multi-Tasking Clue

Occasionally I see a description of duties, often including the desire for "multi-tasking" and juggling multiple priorities, which sparks my excitement that I can help.

Not because I'm a brilliant multi-tasker or juggler, which I am not -- but because I am a process wizard, and descriptions such as these suggest to me a need for process improvement, better ownership boundaries and other chaos reduction strategies.

The reality of the non-ideal intruding into our workplace plans is legitimate, but I don't believe multi-tasking and juggling offer the best solution.

Let Me Fix It

If this describes a role you have, I'm confidant that I can eradicate that requirement, by developing systems and strategies to improve the efficiency, orderliness and quality of deliverable demands, allowing stakeholders to function energetically, but peacefully.
